Business Terms:
 

• 50% advance payment by bank transfer along with the Purchase Order (PO)
   

• The remaining 50% payment will be made via CFS LC or bank transfer
   

• Delivery Timeline: Delivery of PO is expected within 25 to 45 days at CFS.
   

• Note: Delivery time may vary depending on political and climatic conditions.
   

• Sample Charges: Sample charges will be as per the client's requirements. Samples up to 1 kg will be provided free of charge. For samples over 1 kg, charges will apply, including courier costs, which will be borne by the client.
   

• Long-Term Agreements:Long-term agreements are accepted based on market conditions. The person issuing the PO must submit a copy of the company employee ID and proof of citizenship.
   

• Note: The person must be a responsible individual for a long-term business relationship.
   

• Shipment Insurance: Shipment insurance is applicable.
   

• We have access to 8 seaports and air transport options to meet clients' emergency needs. Terms and conditions apply for air cargo.
   

• We do not deal with or accept orders for banned products in India, including chemicals, non-metallic or metallic items, food products, or livestock.
